Policies for Salon Guests

Cancelation Policy

Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled services, due before scheduling your next appointment.

If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled services.

Refunds 

If you are unhappy with your service, we want to know. We will make our best effort to make it right, however refunds on services will not be issued. 

For a full refund on retail products, please return items within 2 months of purchase.

Deposit Policies for First Time Clients

Services that require more than 3 hours of time for your first visit, such as color corrections and vibrant hair colors (colors not found in hair naturally), require a deposit of $100 to book the appointment. That amount will be deducted from service total at the time of your appointment. You must cancel or reschedule within 48 hours to receive a refund on your deposit.

Children

Children receiving services under the age of 10 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16.

Right to Refuse Service

The Staff at Colorwheel has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate federal, state, or city laws.
